By accessing or using Tournament Manager (“the Service”) at https://tm.gemstatepoker.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Tournament Manager is a web-based poker tournament management tool that provides tournament clock control, player check-in and elimination tracking, table assignments, and related features. The Service is provided “as is” and may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time.
3. Accounts
You must create an account to use most features. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information during registration. One person may not maintain more than one account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
- Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from the Service
- Impersonate another person or entity
5. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned byTournament Manager and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your tournament data (player names, results, etc.) remains yours.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, tournament disruptions, or service downtime.
7. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Material changes will be communicated via the Service.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
